Payment
- BEC Australia Inc offer customers a secure payment service
through SecurePay Hosted Payment Services. SecurePay use a 128bit
SSL encryption to process your payment.
- We accept Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard.
- All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- If you do not wish to use credit card we do accept cheque,
money order or direct deposit, however payment must be received
prior to the goods being dispatched.
Freight
- Postage & handling charges will apply. Additional charges
may apply to orders outside Australia. Please contact us directly
to confirm pricing for international orders. Export restrictions do
not apply.
- Please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery of goods.
- In the event that your goods should not arrive, please contact
us immediately.
- If for some reason we cannot deliver your goods, you will be
contacted within 2 business days.
Refund / Returns
- BEC Australia check all their products for quality before they
are dispatched.
- We recommend you check your order details and pricing before
you submit payment. BEC Australia are not responsible for errors
made on your behalf.
- CD-ROMS - If your CD is faulty or damaged, we are happy
to replace the item. BEC Australia Inc. are not responsible for
hardware/software conflicts or incompatibilities. We recommend you
check your system requirements before ordering.
- Books & Other Items – BEC Australia Inc. do not
provide refunds/returns of items ordered. We recommend you check
your order details and pricing before you submit payment.
